PAYMENT TERMS

No refunds will be made on any services or products provided by APLC Body Sculpting. Only our 2"+ guarantee first program session has refund availability.

By purchasing products and/or services on the APLC Body Sculpting Center for Weight Loss LLC website you agree for us to charge your payment source for the agreed upon services and/or products ordered online. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL SALES FOR SERVICES AND/OR PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. You understand that you have 120 days (from the date of your online order) to complete your program sessions purchased, otherwise you have to completely forfeit these session(s) nor will you receive a refund for any unused session. You will not dispute the APLC Body Sculpting Center for Weight Loss LLC’s billing with your debit or credit card company; so long as the transactions correspond to the exact services and/or products you purchased online.


Details for Services:

If you have purchased a BioSculpt Body Full Body program session, and it is your first program session ever at any APLC Body Sculpting, and you do not lose at least two inches from your waist, hips, and thighs during your first hour of session, then you may receive a full-refund upon request. If on that date you do not request a refund, then you thereby waive any claim for a refund. Refunds will not be made for any other services or products, for any other reason, or at any other time. All sales are final. Payments collected by other parties (e.g., Groupon) cannot be refunded by APLC Body Sculpting.

Details for Products:

If your products have been delivered damaged, please contact us at 888-502-5519 and email us a picture of the damaged goods at info@americanphotolipo.com with a title of "damaged products". "Damaged Products" are products that have been damaged to a point of unusable by the mail carrier in the delivery process, not by error of the end user. After we have received your phone call and email and we have determined "damaged products" by mail carrier delivery process, we will ship you a new order immediately and we will email you a return label for the damaged products to be returned to our main office.


Compression Garment Return Policy:

If you are looking for a sizing return (you need a new size of compression garment because the wrong size was sent to you by the manufacturer), then we can accommodate your resizing needs as long as if 30 days have not passed since you received your compression garment, then you still qualify for a sizing return at no cost to you. Please do not open the package to your "wrong size" compression garment.

In order to process your compression garment return and to receive the correct size shipped back to you as soon as possible:

1.) Please bring your "wrong size" compression garment to your service location

2.) Please email us at orders@americanphotonlipo.com with the following:
a. The item you are returning
b. Your Name, Address and Phone Number
c. The new size for the garment you ordered
